Frequently Asked Questions

how many many rooms do you have?

None! But our indoor miniature golf course is 13 holes, and takes around 45 minutes to an hour to play. If you are skilled and lucky enough to make a hole-in-one on the 13th hole, you win a t-shirt.

WHAT IS YOUR AGE RESTRICTION AND DO YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS?

We are 21+ after 5pm— no exceptions other than as noted below, and this also applies to infants and toddlers. Valid photo ID required for entry after 5pm. Of course, folks under 21 who are golfing by 5pm can complete their round. In addition, for any extra busy day with a long wait to golf, anyone under 21 on the waitlist by 4pm is welcome to golf even if the tee time is after 5pm.

what about small children BEFORE 5PM?

As strange as it may sound— our miniature golf course is not appropriate for toddlers and young children. We do not have kid-sized clubs or special rates for youngsters. Although well-supervised kids are welcome and often enjoy the experience, we have fragile and non-child-proof elements on the course and in the lobby so extra diligence must be taken by the adults in the group. Our reception team may have to ask groups with unsupervised children to leave for the safety of all involved.

do i need a reservation? can I make a reservation?

We are walk-in only–except for brunch hours on Saturday and Sunday (10am-2pm). Reservations for those hours can be made here. If you do not want to eat brunch, you can still reserve and opt out on arrival. All details on reservation policies— including arrival time, cancellation fees, party sizes, etc.— are set forth in detail on the reservations page. Please review those before reserving.

but we are a large party, can’t we reserve?

For parties with 16+ guests, please check out our Private Events page. We otherwise accommodate large parties as walk ins, so do not fret.

CAN I BRING MY BEVERAGE ON THE COURSE?

Yes, all beverages are allowed on the course. However, please note that we will not over serve any guest and that outside beverages of any kind are strictly prohibited. In addition, for everyone’s safety, we cannot allow any guest that our reception team believes has overindulged on the course.

i’d like to have drinks and food in the lobby — must I golf?

No, golfing is not required— please come have a cocktail and contemplate the lion. Only golfers are allowed on the course, however, so you must pay greens fees and get a club to check out all of Rick Araluce’s secrets.

what is the course record?

As of October 2022, we have a new record— 23! Our Chef extraordinaire, David Pettyjohn, set it with back-to-back holes in one and an otherwise error-free round. Ask him for Hole 12 pointers to accompany that delicious french bread pizza.

is hotel greene haunted?

Our fauxtel has many long-term residents and employees— some who are dead but don’t know it. One of the most notable and discomfort-inducing is Madame Blavatskaya. A lady of mysterious origins of whom staff tell conflicting stories from her years in residence, she is said to frequent the Lobby Bar and hotel spa on First Fridays. Guests have also reported sightings of Zosia — our gentle and beloved maid who dreamt of moving to Paris— on the second Friday of each month. Don’t be afraid, just be nice.

do you have Parking?

We do not have private parking. Street parking, local lots, and garages surround our space. Currently, street parking in our area is metered Monday-Friday (or Monday-Saturday in some areas) from 9am-6pm.

do you allow professional photoshoots?

We do not allow professional photoshoots during business hours— it is too disruptive to other guests and course flow. For private use (engagement, senior pictures, etc.), we have special rates for shoots during non-business hours (starting at $150 an hour). However, we do not accommodate photo shoots for business use, including social media for other businesses or ventures.
